PERCUSSION

Guido Marggrander was born in Karlsruhe in 1964. He studied music history and percussion at the music academy in Karlsruhe under Hans-Jörg Bayer and Jürgen Heinrich.

From 1989-1997 he was first percussionist in the SWR-Rundfunkorchester, since 1997 he has been a member of the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks. Since 2004, he has taught percussion at the Academy of Music, Theatre and Media in Hanover.
